PRODUCTION: DoppelScents products are made to order. Please allow 14-28 days in order for products to be produced and shipped, unless you have been otherwise notified.
SHIPPING: DoppelScents uses a discounted shipping provider to obtain the lowest shipping cost possible. Shipping providers include UPS and USPS.
RETURN POLICY: DoppelScents are made to order especially for you! I strive to provide you with products that are top quality and smell amazing. Unfortunately, refunds for orders are not offered due to the Wix system not allowing it. However, DoppelScents will do everything in it's power to ensure that you are happy with your product!
FRAGRANCES: DoppelScent fragrances are all Extrait Parfums. Each fragrance is created with 30% fragrance oil, or higher if allowable. DoppelScent's fragrance base also continues ISO E which is an additive that increases the longevity of that fragrances scent. Other ingredients and additives can be found under each individual product.
What can YOU do to ensure you are making the most of your DoppelScent products? Because my fragrances are made to order, they may require maceration upon delivery. Maceration allows for the ingredients in the product to full integrate themselves with each other. You can macerate your product by giving it a few initial sprays, a shake, and placing it in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks. Placing your fragrance in the refrigerator may increase the speed of that process. Additionally, if any of DoppelScent's body butters, lotions, or lip balms it is recommended that you place the product in the refrigerator to allow it to cool and re-thicken following shipping. Products may become hot during the shipping process and have a less thick consistency upon arrival.
